In addition, over the years Alan has had extensive experience in major international business transactions in such countries as Czechoslovakia, Sweden, Germany, France, Italy, South Africa and Brazil.   He was also involved in the mid-1980’s in arranging major leveraged leasing transactions for General Foods.
